Qualifications:
- Regional Security Officer (RSO):
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Proficient in Hindi, English, and a local language
- Must have a valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate (minimum 3 months validity as of 01 November 2024)
- Assistant Supervisor (AS):
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Must have a valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate (minimum 3 months validity as of 01 November 2024)
- 1 year of security supervisory experience
Note: Residual vacancies will be filled by candidates who are graduates or ex-servicemen.
Age Limit:
- Regional Security Officer (RSO): Up to 40 years
- Assistant Supervisor (AS): Up to 35 years
Relaxation: As per government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates.
Salary:
- Regional Security Officer (RSO): ₹47,625 per month
- Assistant Supervisor (AS): ₹27,940 per month
- Additional Allowance: ₹2,000 AVSEC allowance for candidates with a valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate.
Application Fee:
- Unreserved/EWS/OBC/Ex-Servicemen: ₹1000
- SC/ST Candidates: No fee
- Payment Method: Demand Draft in favor of “AI Engineering Services Limited,” payable at New Delhi.
Selection Process:
- Written Test

(Candidates may need to stay for one or two days during the selection process at their own expense.)
How to Apply:
- Download and fill out the application form from the AIESL website.
- Send the self-attested application along with photocopies of required documents via post, speed post, or courier to the specified address.
- Super scribe the envelope with “Application for the post of Regional Security Officer or Assistant Supervisor (Security)”.
- Complete the Google Form on the AIESL website.
Note: Applications submitted without a physical form will not be considered, even if the Google Form is filled out.

General Information:
- Selected candidates will be on a 5-year fixed-term contract.
