Eligibility Details
Assistant General Manager (Grade C)
- Qualification: Post-Graduate degree from a recognized university (additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years as an officer or equivalent in corporate finance/retail credit, with at least 4 years in corporate/retail finance-related functions
- Age Limit: 28-40 years (as of 1st August 2024)
Manager (Grade B)
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university (JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as an officer or equivalent in corporate finance/credit functions, with at least 2 years in corporate/retail finance
- Age Limit: 25-35 years (as of 1st August 2024)
Salary Details
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): ₹85,920 – ₹105,280 (approx. ₹157,000 gross per month in metro cities)
- Manager (Grade B): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (approx. ₹119,000 gross per month in metro cities)
