We are seeking a talented and passionate ReactJS Front-End Developer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing user interfaces and user experiences for our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality ReactJS applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices in ReactJS.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across different web-capable devices and browsers.
• Participate in the development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring code quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing codebases to improve functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ReactJS and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or working in a Scrum team.
