Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Operations Management: Assist in managing product operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and workflows.
2. Story Creation and Management: Create, manage, and maintain user stories in the product management tool, ensuring they align with business needs and priorities.
3. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Product Owners/Analysts to gather and document basic business requirements for new backlog stories.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including business owners, end-users, and technical teams, to capture and address their needs.
5. Technical Specification and Documentation: Manage both technical and business product documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and comprehensive.
6. Requirement Documentation: Develop business requirement documentation, including scope definitions and statements of work.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
8. Agile Participation: Actively participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contributing to project planning, prioritization, and ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
