What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead initiatives to enhance user experience from conception to launch, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of BT’s products and product design strategy.
- Design end-to-end user flows and experiences in line with BT’s design systems and standards.
- Develop complex digital-first experiences that drive commercial goals, such as increasing digital channel share.
- Foster internal relationships, contribute to a culture of design excellence, and promote a user-centered approach.
