Position Overview:

CGI is seeking freshers for the role of Subsurface & Wells Application Support Analyst. This position will involve supporting various subsurface applications, collaborating with teams, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations within the Oil & Gas domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subsurface Application Support: Serve as a SubSurface Application Support Analyst, handling applications such as Petrel, Techlog, OFM, and Eclipse.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to provide effective support for subsurface and wells applications.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues reported in SSW Applications, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent future occurrences.
• Service Level Management: Ensure adherence to Customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Flexible Work Schedule: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required by the project.

Must-Have Skills:

• Oil & Gas Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in subsurface and wells applications.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
• Application Support Experience: Previous experience in application support roles, particularly in the Oil & Gas domain.
• SQL/SQL Server: Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server.

Qualification:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
