Job Summary: As a Data and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in developing self-service analytics and data visualization dashboards. You will work with cross-functional teams to create and implement business intelligence solutions and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage self-service BI capabilities and data visualization dashboards.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify business insights and provide recommendations.
  • Perform BI analysis and data exploitation; integrate and format data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design BI solutions.
  • Create and present reports, graphs, and summaries to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on analytical tools and reporting.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.
  • Plan and execute system testing; develop and maintain product metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
  • Proficiency with BI tools and platforms such as Pyramid Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Strong querying skills in SQL, MDX, and DAX; experience with SQL Server 2019, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, ELT, and data modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Pivot Charts, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
  • Ability to automate reporting for on-demand access to data.
