Instahyre is looking for full-stack developers to join their mission in building the world’s best recruitment tool. The Role:

As a full-stack developer, you will:

• Work on both frontend and backend technologies for each feature you build.
• Develop, deploy, and scale new features, improving them based on customer feedback.
• Ensure performance and security while handling deployment automation.
• Contribute to a lean team, allowing you to improve rapidly, learning backend, frontend, devops, and user experience.

At Instahyre, engineers experience accelerated learning, with team members enhancing their skills faster compared to previous workplaces.

Expectations:

• Technology stack: Backend in Python/Django, frontend in AngularJS, and database in MySQL. You don’t need prior experience with these specific technologies but must be willing to learn.
• Strong fundamentals in computer systems and web systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python/Django knowledge is a plus).
