Role:
As a Process Associate – Claims, you will leverage your expertise in claims processing to manage FNOL (First Notice of Loss), payment processing, and other related tasks. You will handle claims documents, ensure data accuracy, and support the claims team in achieving productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and review data from claim documents with high attention to detail.
- Perform quality control on claims data and ensure accuracy.
- Support the claims process by investigating, negotiating, and adjusting claims.
- Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
- Authorize payments or refer claims for further investigation.
- Conduct data entry, identify trends, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in claims processing.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.
- Preferred: Experience with P&C insurance processes in the US market.
