- Efficiently navigate and utilize various computer screens.
- Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating issues as needed.
- Attend training sessions to improve client/customer satisfaction and job performance.
- Follow all company and Contact Center policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks as assigned by Management.
Eligibility:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO or travel customer service, specifically in corporate or telecom travel.
- Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 contact center with rotational shifts, including nights (overtime compensated).
- Open to working in a Voice and Chat environment.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry, including geographical understanding, airline hubs, interline agreements, and fares.
- Experience with international bookings and ticket issuance.
- Proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus & Saber.
