Team Overview:
The Trust & Safety team ensures a safe user experience on ShareChat and Moj. As part of this team, you’ll identify and resolve user issues, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address user needs for satisfaction.
- Build trust through clear communication.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Meet productivity targets and maintain records.
- Engage users to create a positive experience.
Who You Are:
- Strong communication skills in Odia, English, and Hindi.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Any graduate degree.
