Roles & Responsibilities:

• Code Development: Write, test, debug, and troubleshoot code across various frameworks and languages, ensuring it is clean, high-performance, and scalable.
• Individual Contribution: Take ownership of projects as an individual contributor, delivering quality code and solutions.
• Technical Communication: Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, particularly in technical discussions.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the team’s strategy, roadmap, tooling, processes, and overall culture.
• Code and Process Improvement: Uphold high engineering standards, continuously seeking ways to improve the codebase and development processes.

Requirements:

• Coding Proficiency: Proficient in at least one coding language such as Java, PHP, etc.
• Passion for Programming: A genuine passion for coding, demonstrated by your eagerness to code even in your free time.
