Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Learnability: Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn new concepts and adapt to various situations quickly.
- Active Listening: Be an active listener who can handle objections and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Orientation: Show a strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond effectively to different scenarios.
- Team Collaboration: Work well in a team setting, be flexible, and open to feedback to improve performance.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Language Skills: Multilingual skills, particularly in South Indian languages (spoken and written), are preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
- Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with additional proficiency in South Indian languages being an advantage.
- A proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable, and open to feedback.
