Job Description

What you’ll do

• Assist in the fine-tuning of large pre-trained generative models (e.g., GPT, StarCoder, Mistral) for various applications such as code generation, code migration, and code explanation.
• Collaborate with the AI team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and preprocess datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring high-quality input data.
• Implement and experiment with different fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance for specific generative tasks.
• Analyze and document the performance of fine-tuned models, identifying areas for improvement and potential use cases.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing generative AI model capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of generative AI and machine learning.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, with a focus on generative models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, especially in the field of generative AI.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Exposure to ABAP programming would be a plus
