Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Maintain: Work on third-party implementations using Phenom’s platform, involving hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Frequently interact with technical solution managers, delivery managers, quality assurance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally participate in discussions with customers, partners, and third-party vendors to understand and deliver their requirements.
- Agile Environment: Contribute to multiple customer projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Teamwork: Work closely with product owners, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code & Test: Write clean, efficient code and perform unit testing, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong coding, unit testing, and troubleshooting skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience in system analysis and problem-solving, with a solid understanding of product implementations.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a track record of managing multiple customer projects.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly.
- A team player with a self-learning attitude and the ability to contribute effectively to team activities.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
