- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Utilize convincing skills to address customer concerns and promote products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Utilize MS Office applications to generate reports and documents as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products/services to better assist customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
- Strong convincing skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of computer systems and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
