  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Utilize convincing skills to address customer concerns and promote products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Utilize MS Office applications to generate reports and documents as needed.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products/services to better assist customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong convincing skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
