Requirements:

• Educational Background: B.Tech., B.E., M.Tech, MSc IT
• Technical Knowledge: Basic coding skills and familiarity with the latest technology trends
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years in consulting firms OR
  • 1-2 years working as a Program/Technical Lead/Tech Analyst in large consumer tech startups
• Skills and Mindset:
  • Intellectual agility with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrable drive, initiative, and energy in serving customers
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work long and unpredictable hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale curriculum/content-related programs and projects
• Oversee student cohorts from initiation to outcome, ensuring end-to-end ownership
• Provide both technical and non-technical feedback to instructors and mentors, introducing innovative learning methods
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to create and improve products and processes
• Track and evaluate program/project success
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and analysis
• Ensure a positive student learning experience, measured through NPS (Net Promoter Score)
