Urgent Hiring: Divisional Manager – Group Loan at Bandhan Bank Limited

Job Description

Location: Katihar, Muzaffarpur, Bihar
Experience Required: 7 – 15 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Monitoring:
   • Supervise the operations of all Banking Units (BUs) within the division.
   • Monitor a minimum of 7 BUs each month.
2. Business Growth and Expansion:
   • Identify growth opportunities and plan for future business expansion.
   • Manage and control delinquencies.
3. Supervision of Area Managers:
   • Oversee Area Managers and ADMs, including monitoring their visit plans, analyzing reports and performance, and coordinating monthly meetings.
4. Performance Management:
   • Focus on improving On-Time Repayment (OTR) and reducing the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within the division.
   • Attend monthly review meetings across various territories and divisions.
5. Loan Collection:
   • Ensure that the First Time Default (FTD) loan collection reaches a minimum of 90% for the Circle.
6. Resource Management:
   • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure proper staffing, recruitment, and training.
   • Recommend appropriate postings, transfers, and other personnel actions.
7. Audit Compliance:
   • Ensure proper audit compliance across all Banking Units in the division.
   • Aim for a low-risk rating for each BU.
8. Target Achievement:
   • Develop and implement action plans and strategies to meet monthly business targets.
9. Disciplinary Actions:
   • Take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
   • Prepare and consolidate various reports for the division.
