E-Solutions is embarking on an expansion initiative for its US Healthcare Recruitment Team and is currently seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various positions within the US healthcare industry.
• Utilize multiple channels for candidate sourcing including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the US market.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
