E-Solutions is embarking on an expansion initiative for its US Healthcare Recruitment Team and is currently seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various positions within the US healthcare industry.
- Utilize multiple channels for candidate sourcing including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the US market.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
