- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and staffing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a resume sourcer or in a similar role, preferably within the US staffing industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations related to staffing is preferred.
