  • Efficiently navigate and utilize various computer screens.
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating issues as needed.
  • Attend training sessions to improve client/customer satisfaction and job performance.
  • Follow all company and Contact Center policies and procedures.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Management.

Eligibility:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO or travel customer service, specifically in corporate or telecom travel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 contact center with rotational shifts, including nights (overtime compensated).
  • Open to working in a Voice and Chat environment.
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry, including geographical understanding, airline hubs, interline agreements, and fares.
  • Experience with international bookings and ticket issuance.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus & Saber.
