Role Description: As a Technical Recruiter at Tanisha Systems Inc., you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various technical positions, primarily focusing on Infra roles. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the Infra domain.
  • Proven experience working with HCL account.
  • Familiarity with both Fulltime and contract recruiting processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of US visas and Tax terms is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
