US IT/Engineering Recruiter

Job Description

We are currently seeking a US IT/Engineering Recruiter to join our team based in Noida. As a US IT/Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT and Engineering roles based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and recruit top talent
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT or Engineering industry
Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
